New Patient Information
We are currently accepting new patients!
We will accept second opinion consults on a case by case basis.
If you are interested in becoming a client at our practice, or have another pet you would like to add to your account, please fill out the form below and one of our receptionists will be in touch as soon as possible.
Medical records must be sent before scheduling an appointment - records can be sent via email (animalhospitalofrockyhill@gmail.com), fax (860.257.1745), or by dropping them off in person during our normal business hours (Monday through Friday between 7:30-5:00pm, closed for lunch daily between 12:30-1:30pm). If the pet does not have any records, please let us know.
